A&P stands for academia & profession.

A&P has developed a wide range of training opportunities for clients and staff, which facilitates working together in a sensitive area to all those involved, largely excludes misunderstandings and removes communication barriers. Selected topics are:

• Training and leading staff efficiently
• Dealing with discerning clients in exclusive households or 5* hotels
• Conflict management

A&P is also the first institution in Austria to offer domestic staff a high-quality comprehensive education within the framework of its “A&P Butler School”.
